Hot Damn, the keen instrumentalists from Brighton, create intricate and complex songs, with emphasis placed heavily on the song. They had many complimentary comparisons for their demo ep from all over the place, they're hard to pin down in sound... we'll say though if you're a fan of Pele, Tortoise, Do Make Say Think or Battles then they will be right up your street. Their first 7" - 'Let's do something cheap and superficial' is out now.
